Processing time

Orders ship from our US warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping options

United States

Standard Shipping: free on every order, 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Premium Shipping + Insurance: $19.51, 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, with priority handling and full transit insurance.

Europe

DHL Express: $24.95, usually 3 to 6 business days after dispatch. We ship to all EU countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.

Canada

Tracked shipping: $24.95, usually 3 to 6 business days after dispatch.

We do not currently ship to other countries. All delivery times are estimates counted from dispatch and can be affected by carrier delays and customs.

Customs, duties and import taxes

For orders to Europe and Canada, duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. Nothing extra is due on delivery.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email us at support@loganbeauty.com and we will replace it or refund you in full.
